This place is great. Great price, excellent service. I completely spaced on a Saturday night and forgot about my dry cleaning and they stayed open an extra 15 minutes so that I could come pick it up. Theyre the real deal!
The service at Star Laundry is exceptional. I use Star for both dry-cleaning and wash and fold. The prices are good and they accommodate your schedule. If you ask for same day they almost always can deliver.
This place...UGH. I brought a bunch of clothing for wash and fold service. They shrunk SEVERAL pairs of pants and shirts. I was really upset. When I came by to talk with them about it they candidly stated they use high heat to dry ALL clothing for wash and fold and do not read any of the labels. I said "are you really admitting to me you shrunk all my clothes?" They simply reiterated I should have specified I wanted low heat and paid extra. Unbelievable.
I absolutely adore the woman who works here and am consistently impressed with the service she and her husband provide. From the outside, Star Dry Cleaner might not look like much, but inside there is a warm and familial atmosphere and always a smile at the front desk. This place has been my go-to for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs for the past two years. How could you possibly give a woman who matches your socks for you anything but 5 stars?
